Join us in the discovery of a delicious menu created by Head Chef, Gihan Chamindra containing recipes passed down the generations of his family. Each dish on the menu is mastered to perfection using traditional methods and exotic, aromatic ingredients from Sri Lanka, combined with a modern presentation in our player’s lounge.
